Returns & Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products received.
In all other cases, we offer exchange only β no cash refunds.
Products must be:
Unused and unwashed
With original tags and packaging
Returned within 3 days of delivery
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged.

Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9876540286 within 3 days of delivery.
Mention your Order ID and share clear product images/video (especially if damaged).
Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to ship it back.
π° Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds.
You can either:
Exchange with another product of the same or higher value.
Or receive a credit note for your next purchase.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Product pickup (if applicable): 3β5 working days
Exchange or credit note processing: 2β4 working days after product reaches us

No return/exchange accepted if:
Product is used or washed
Tags/packaging are missing
Request is made after 3 days from delivery
For online orders, opening video is mandatory for damage claims.
Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect.
